Ronsha A.
Dickerson, the daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Frank Greene, the
director of the Gospel group called Realize Music Ministries
and the daughter- in- law of Mr. & Mrs. Robert Dickerson.
Ronsha was introduced to the Unity Community Center's Karate
program by Mr. & Mrs. Dickerson's son Jamal, in 1994. She
immediately became interested in the center's dance program and
has been dancing since 1994. Ronsha and
Jamal married in
June of 1997 and share their union with
their six wonderful children, Jamal
II, Karima, Sekou-Moussa, Tenenfig, Fatima
and Akeelah.
Ronsha
is the Universal African Dance & Drum Ensemble's
HEAD DANCE INSTRUCTOR.
Ronsha and Jamal were very blessed with the friendship and
personal studies of two of the greatest African Dance & Drum
teachers,
Tenenfig Dioubate
and
Moussa Diabate
from West Africa (Guinea). Tenenfig and Moussa visited
and lived with them since 1999 on many occasions teaching them
traditional and authentic dance, drum, song, language and
instruments.
Ronsha graduated in the Top 10 of Camden High School�s
1995 graduating class. She is also a graduated from Camden
County College in which she majored in communication. In a
time when Camden, New Jersey has suffered a very serious image
problem, we can say that Ronsha is a very positive role-model,
wonderful example and mentor for the females. Ronsha is also a
4th
Degree Female Master Black Belt in Karate.

* Ronsha is the Educational & Event Coordinator of the Unity
Community Center
* Ronsha is also the commentator for the World
Champion UPK Pasha Generals
&
the Universal African Dance & Drum Ensemble.
